Registration Guide

* Registration opens on March 1, 2026.

* Registration will be conducted via Google Forms.   Please create a Google account in advance.

* The following information is required for registration:

- Participant information, including name, email address, phone number, and date of birth etc.
- GPS device information
- Emergency contact number
- Flight number and time for airport pickup and/or drop-off service (Optional) * This is can be added by July 31.
- Insurance Policy file in English upload (File size: less than 1MB) * This is can be uploaded by July 31.
