The riders begin the final stage by heading southwest into the mountains. Starting at 1,400 meters, they quickly reach around 1,700 meters, and the ride continues with a series of ups and downs, lasting approximately 20 kilometers.

Heling Bayan Ulan Mountains, a mountainous region extending south from the Khentii Mountains, lies at the intersection of forests and grasslands, naturally enriched by abundant pastures and a mild climate. This is why it has long been known as "the mountain of a thousand winter pastures" (Myangan Uvuljuut).

Centered by the 2,042-meter Delgerkhang Peak, the region's humid climate and abundant pastures provide ideal conditions for livestock to survive the harsh winters. During years of extreme cold or drought, hundreds of nomadic families from neighboring regions like Khentii, Tuyev, Dundgovi, and Dornogovi have traditionally migrated to this area, making it a prosperous winter haven.

The area is also of significant archaeological importance. Ancient burial sites, including a stone-covered tomb, have been discovered in the "Wheaton Hoshu" area. The Sibert Cave, large enough to accommodate 150-200 people, is said to have been a place where ascetics once resided and practiced their religion.

The surrounding area boasts a unique ecological environment, combining taiga, forests, and grasslands. It is considered a prime habitat for eastern Mongolia's wildlife, including argal antelopes, maral deer, and a variety of rare birds.

Furthermore, the Heling Bayan Ulan region, including Delgerkhan Peak, is recorded in ancient Mongolian chronicles as a sacred mountain and sacrificial site where Genghis Khan resided. This means that the area holds significant historical and cultural significance in addition to its natural value. Riders will ride through the valley north of Heling Bayan Ulan Mountain, where they will pass the highest elevation of the entire route at 1,830 meters. Descending west, the route meets the Kherlen River and heads north.
